“Yoga For Life” sums up Mary’s philosophy about yoga.  She believes yoga can be done at any age, any time, anywhere. If you are unable to get down on the floor, yoga can be done seated or even lying down on a bed, table, or recliner.

Mary trained at FYB Yoga in Grafton, Wisconsin and received her RYT 210-hour certification. She teaches a blend of Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Vini yoga.  She feels this blend allows for all ages as well as those with limitations to participate in her classes.  It is a complete mind, body, and spirit experience. She always gives modifications as well as suggestions for taking a student’s practice to the next level.

Mary holds classes at the Village of Hartland Recreation Center in Hartland, as well as the YMCA Pabst Farms in Oconomowoc. She is also open to giving private lessons on an individual basis.

Mary is also a practicing, licensed RN in the state of Wisconsin, which is a wonderful complement to her yoga training.  She is very knowledgeable in human anatomy and physiology, so she is mindful of any injuries or illnesses that need to be addressed during her students’ practice.

You are always welcome to try Mary’s classes at no charge to see if they are the right fit for you.
